About Sarah Mitchell

I spent 3 years caring for my mother after she started experiencing memory loss in her early 60s. During that time, I read everything I could find about brain aging, blood flow, and the supplements marketed to people in exactly the situation she was in — and I tried a lot of them myself, out of the same worry every family in this position has.

What I found was a mix of real, published science and a lot of marketing that stretched well past what the research actually supports. That gap is why this site exists.

I'm not a doctor, and I don't claim to be one. I'm not a licensed nutritionist. What I am is someone who reads the actual studies behind a product's claims, checks a company's refund policy for the fine print, and writes down what I find — the good and the bad — instead of just repeating the sales page.

Every review and guide on this site follows the same stated methodology, and every page with an affiliate link discloses it clearly, before the link, not buried in the footer.

If you have a correction, a source I missed, or a question about anything I've written, I want to hear it — getting it right matters more to me than getting it published fast.
